The breakfast was wonderful. There was a great selection. The spa was very clean. The gym had plenty of equipment.
The bar staff was not friendly? There were no smiles! It was like I bothered them when I ordered drinks. The music was loud until 2:30 AM. I found the pillows to be uncomfortable.

I found the breakfast selection monotonous. It featured the same items daily. the pool area was overcrowded, filled with many local families, it lacked a peaceful atmosphere for hotel guests. also, some guests were quite inconsiderate, allowing their children to create a mess by eating and dropping food near the pool. The staff did not intervene! this made the area less enjoyable.

the pillows provided little comfort this time, i suggest testing them regularly and replacing them as needed. the breakfast menu remained unchanged from previous visits. it might be beneficial to introduce some variety.

The outdoor heated pool was a great amenity, I swam there. I enjoyed a hot stone massage. The breakfast provided many options (the omelets were made to order).
The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable sometimes.

the pool is very big with warm temperature. they have a heated pool also outside. the room is a nice size, i liked that.
